This is the heartwarming moment passing motorists helped elderly woman who fell from her motorcycle on a rain-soaked road.

A couple was driving along the motorway when they spotted the toppled black two-wheeler and the pensioner lying on the roadside in Bangkok, Thailand.

The woman and her partner immediately stopped their vehicle and rushed over to aid the fallen rider on May 21.

Dashcam footage shows the kindhearted woman, along with other nearby locals, assisting the pensioner, who had become stuck with her legs pinned beneath the motorbike.

They are seen lifting the motorcycle and carefully pulling the elderly woman free before helping her to her feet.

Meanwhile, a man in a black polo shirt moved the vehicle out of the way and parked it on the side of the road.

Local media reported that the elderly rider sustained an arm injury and was taken to hospital for immediate medical treatment.
