An eccentric Japanese YouTuber was fined for riding a motorbike dressed only in a micro bikini in Thailand.

Yasuda Kasuhiko, 62, ventured out in public wearing a tiny bra and panties that barely covered his private parts.

Video shows the vlogger greeting onlookers while driving through an intersection in heavily Muslim Songkhla province near the Malaysian border on July 18.

Wearing a pair of bunny hairpins, he then proceeded to rub his body and crotch while moaning before blowing a flying kiss to amused locals.

Police summoned the Japanese man after video of his 'inappropriate behaviour' emerged online.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Theerawut Saen-in of the Hat Yai district station said: 'We were looking for him due to inappropriate and obscene behaviour.

'When we inspected the motorcycle he was riding, we discovered it was a rental, so we called the rental owner to help identify him.

'Eventually, the man voluntarily surrendered. He was a 62-year-old Japanese national named Mr Yasuda Kasuhiko, or Ray. He has a valid passport, has lived in Hat Yai for about 10 years, and speaks Thai fluently.'

Yasuda reportedly appeared at the police station still wearing the revealing two-piece swimsuit. He claimed he had worn the micro bikini 'because it was hot that day'.

He said: 'While waiting at a red light, someone took my picture and posted it on social media. I knew it was inappropriate and wrong, and I apologise.'

Yasuda was fined 5,000 baht (115 GBP) for public indecency.

He runs a YouTube channel called 'raychanchannel', where he makes food review vlogs while wearing a sailor fuku - a Japanese uniform often worn by young schoolgirls.
