NOVOCHERKASSK, RUSSIA - JULY 23, 2025:At least three people were injured in a drone attack targeting the southern Russian city of Novocherkassk, located approximately 30 kilometers north of Rostov-on-Don, local authorities said on Wednesday, July 23.

According to initial reports, more than ten drones struck various parts of the city, injuring two women and one man. All victims sustained varying degrees of injuries and were transported to a local emergency hospital for treatment.

The attacks triggered fires in multiple locations across the city, causing damage to both private and public buildings, infrastructure, and civilian vehicles.

The regional office of Rostelecom, a major telecommunications company, and several residential properties in the city center reportedly sustained serious damage.

Emergency crews are currently working in the devastated area caused by a Ukrainian drone assault.
