Pakistan and ISIS flags were raised at a protest march organized to Observe Kashmir Day in Indian Administered kashmir. Appealing people to observe 24 June as Youm-e-Kashmir (Kashmir Day), Chairperson Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Geelani said that the peace will elude the world until the Kashmir issue are settled according to the wishes and aspirations of the people of these disputed regions.
Geelani also appealed the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat and Hurriyat Conference leaders, Islamic Scholars and Imams of the Masajid to highlight the issue of Kashmir under the illegal and forced occupation of Indian forces in their Juma-tul-Vida sermons and organize special prayers for the peaceful resolution of disputed territory of Kashmir which are under the Indian occupation. Geelani also appealed the people to pray for the end to the uncertain situations in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt and Syria and said that the intervention of the anti-Islam forces into the internal matters of these countries is responsible for all the bloodshed going on there.
