US soldiers reinforce southern border wall in Texas
US soldiers reinforced their southern border wall with concertina wire in Texas.
Footage shows officers from the 642nd Engineer Support Company of the 41st Engineer Battalion strengthening the protective barrier near El Paso on July 18.
They used boom trucks to reach the top of the fence and installed rolled barbed wire as an additional obstruction.
The operation was part of the Joint Task Force Southern Border, which oversees military units stationed along the border with Mexico.
