Storyline: China-EU trade maintains growth despite global headwinds [Voice_over] Recent customs data from China shows that trade between China and the European Union maintained growth momentum in the first half of this year. Despite global economic headwinds, China-EU trade reached about 390 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 3.5 percent, with daily average trade volumes exceeding about 2 billion U.S. dollars. Some of China's most exported products include green mobility devices, like electric scooters. [Sound_bite] Lu Song, manager, warehousing and logistics department, sports product company: "From January to June this year, our company exported over 400,000 electric scooters, representing a year-on-year growth of 70 percent.
