VARIOUS OF FIREFIGHTER SPRAYING WATER, EXTINGUISHING FIRE MYKOLAIV, UKRAINE - RELEASED ON JULY 29, 2025: Russian unmanned aerial vehicles struck Ukraine’s southern Mykolaiv region overnight, on Tuesday, July 29, igniting fire at an agricultural facility, according to State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The attack ignited warehouse buildings and dry grass, setting fire to an area of approximately 4,000 square meters and destroying three vehicles on the facility grounds.
Emergency services responded swiftly and brought the blaze under control, with no casualties reported, according to officials.
Russia started its "special military operation" on Feb. 24, 2022 and claimed that it is aimed at protecting people in the eastern region of Ukraine.
Since then, millions have been displaced, thousands have lost their homes, and hundreds of medical and educational institutions have been destroyed.
