This is the amusing moment an energetic pet pit bull used his own customised bike to run alongside his owner.

The pet owner had the brilliant idea to build the modified two-wheeler for his three-year-old canine, Mumu, in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.

Footage shows Mumu snugly harnessed into the yellow bicycle, with the man wearing a helmet and seated behind him on January 10.

He can be seen petting the pooch before commanding him to run across the street while he balances the vehicle.

The pet owner said: ‘Mumu tends to become stressed whenever he doesn't go for a walk, so I decided to create a custom-made bike for him.'

The creative owner also warned other pet lovers who want to replicate the bike that the setup requires proper training and a strong bond with the dog before it can be safely used.
