Storyline: Typhoon Co-May, the eighth typhoon of this year, was captured on camera making landfall in east China's Zhejiang Province on Wednesday morning. Footage taken by industrial monitoring cameras at the Huaneng No. 2 offshore wind power project off the coast of Zhejiang's Jiaxing City, shows turbulent waves and persistent rain lashing against the cameras under a darkened sky. The typhoon, with the maximum wind force near its center reaching 23 meters per second, churned ashore at Zhoushan City of Zhejiang at about 04:30 local time on Wednesday, according to the provincial meteorological observatory. In anticipation of the typhoon's impact, Zhejiang upgraded the emergency response level for Typhoon Co-May from IV to III at 15:00 on Tuesday.
