Dramatic footage shows the suspended scaffold violently swinging in the air before crashing into a high-rise structure in Guangdong, China.
The platform hovers mid-air as strong gusts batter the area, then smashes into the roof of a residential building on July 19.
No one was reportedly injured from the incident.
Typhoon Wipha, which made landfall in the province on July 20, caused 47 deaths, 58 injuries, and left 18 people missing across affected areas, including southern China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
