OKSUZ AND AVCU EATING SUSUHI IN MID-AIR WHILE PARAGLIDING ADANA, TÜRKİYE - AUGUST 1: In an unusual culinary feat, a Turkish chef prepared sushi while paragliding high above a lake in southern province of Adana on Friday, Aug. 1. Chef Isa Oksuz, accompanied by paraglider pilot Onur Avcu, took off from the Menekse area and skillfully assembled a "California roll" mid-flight over Seyhan dam lake, using pre-prepared ingredients The sushi, made with rice, crab, avocado, cucumber, and caviar, was then enjoyed by both OksUz and Avcu during their aerial adventure. The unique event was the brainchild of Avcu, who proposed the idea to combine gastronomy with extreme sports. Following the flight, Oksuz expressed his excitement, calling it the most extraordinary experience of his professional career.
