9. RESIDENTIAL AREA (TWO SHOTS) HEBRON, WEST BANK, PALESTINE - AUG. 3, 2025: Illegal Israeli settlers set fire to a Palestinian vehicle and vandalized property with racist graffiti, on Sunday, August 3, in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.

Ishaq Idris, the owner of the burned vehicle, told Anadolu that a group of Israeli settlers raided the area around his home, which is located near the illegal Kiryat Arba settlement.

Despite efforts by neighbors to put out the fire, the flames caused significant damage to the front part of the vehicle.

Idris added that the settlers also spray-painted racist, anti-Palestinian slogans on the walls of his home.

He stressed that such attacks occur frequently in the area, saying they aim to pressure Palestinian residents to leave the region to allow for illegal settlement expansion.

Since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, at least 1,009 Palestinians have been killed and more than 7,000 injured in the West Bank by Israeli forces and illegal settlers, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a landmark opinion last July, the International Court of Justice declared Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territory illegal and called for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
