A mum has captured the hilarious moment her one-year-old daughter tried to call her - through the Ring Doorbell.

Rianne Ohara, 29, was at work on June 10, 2025, when she got a surprise notification from her Ring Doorbell app.

When she checked it, she saw her toddler Orla running around and pressing the doorbell while shouting "Mummy!" - clearly trying to get her attention."

The adorable footage shows little Orla ringing the bell and calling out, before her dad Samuel Parker, 29, realises what's going on and steps in.

Samuel tries to take the doorbell away from Orla but she makes a run for it.

Rianne, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, said: "I think she might have mistaken the doorbell for a mobile phone and thought she was contacting me."

"I was at work on a call when I received the doorbell notifications, so I actually answered her when my partner told me to watch back the footage."

"I thought to myself that there was someone at the door, so it was extra funny ro be greeted by Orla facing the camera shouting."
