In a moment that perfectly blends mindfulness and motherhood, intuitive artist and elemental life coach Senna Zen was meditating outdoors when her young son delivered a subliminal message of his own, one that resonated with over 4 million viewers on Instagram.

Senna had just finished a guided meditation titled “The time is now to choose your joy” when her son quietly approached. Instead of interrupting, he leaned in and whispered, “The time is now to make pancakes…” followed by a pause and, “On a Sunday, we make pancakes…”

The moment, caught on video by Senna, left her in stitches. Though not shown, she later confirmed he got his pancakes.
