Los Angeles, United States - August 06, 2025 08/06/2025 01:40 am GMT-0700 ELYSIAN PARK, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Fire Department ground and air resources responded to a brush fire in Elysian Park, located near the intersection of Park Row and Broadway. The fire, estimated at roughly half an acre, was burning uphill in medium fuels. Fire crews quickly gained control of the situation by deploying helicopters. As a result, the forward progress of the fire was stopped, and the bulk of the flames was extinguished. Firefighters remained on the scene to address hotspots and carry out mop-up operations. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, and no injuries have been reported.
