Baby deer slips as she walks across tiles in China
This is the amusing moment a baby deer was seen slipping as she walked across tiled flooring in China.
The adorable fawn struggled to move on the slippery surface while trying to find the exit of a building in Zhejiang.
Footage shows a group of men filming the visibly confused hoofed creature on June 26.
The juvenile deer wobbled as her hooves constantly lost grip on the floor, causing her to slide and stumble repeatedly.
Moments later, the determined animal slowly regained her footing and managed to maintain her balance.
Fawns have small, hard hooves that are not suited for smooth, hard surfaces like tiles or polished floors. These surfaces have very little traction, making it difficult for the animal to walk without slipping.
In nature, they are better adapted to grass, soil, or forest undergrowth, where their hooves provide much better grip.
