A simple swirl of chocolate has captivated Instagram, as baker Rosie’s hypnotic marble cake pop video racks up almost 1 million views.

Rosie melted pink and black chocolate to a silky, paint-like consistency. With deliberate strokes, first left to right, then up and down, she drizzles the colours across a dipping bowl. The result is a mesmerising canvas of swirling contrast.

She then dips a single cake pop into the marbled chocolate and performs a gentle twist, revealing a stunning marble effect that’s both elegant and oddly satisfying.

Before the video started, I melted pink chocolate and drizzled black chocolate right on top both with a thin consistency going from left to right, then up and down. I carefully dipped my cake pop into the chocolate and did a slight swirl to give my chocolate on the cake pop that beautiful marble effect. Simple, satisfying and an eye catcher!
