Selfie-seeking fans crowded round singer Craig David after he performed a live set in Brixton (August 13).

Security escorting the singer walked a snail's pace as the crowd held mobile phones aloft hoping for a glimpse of the 7 Days singer, who is releasing new album 'Commitments'. He was appearing as a guest of Time Out's Londoner of the Year, mixed format DJ AG.

The range of ages from the very young to older people in the audience meant that some were not born when Craig David was at the peak of his fame in the UK - as he marks the 25th anniversary of his first album.
