A schoolboy proudly paraded his pet buffalo on stage during an animal fashion show.

Connect, 12, joined the exhibition with his three-year-old Thai dwarf buffalo named Khaotang in Khon Kaen, Thailand.

Footage shows Connect wearing a cowboy hat while guiding Khaotang, which was dressed in a colourful wig and floral shirt, along the platform.

The youngster waved at the audience while holding his animal friend's leash, prompting cheers for the adorable pair.

Event-goer Kobchai Sriboran said: ‘It took place during the Buffalo Summit 2025 event, which featured a fashion show.'

Thai dwarf buffalo are a naturally small breed of water buffalo native to Thailand, often kept for traditional farming, cultural events, and tourism.

They are often featured in rural festivals and temple events, where animals are blessed as part of religious traditions.
