Canada: Crowds Gather for Pakistan Independence Day in Mississauga Despite Court Ban
Over a thousand people gathered at Ridgeway Plaza, an outlet mall in Mississauga, to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day on the night of August 13.
Police ordered the crowd to disperse, citing a temporary injunction from the Ontario Superior Court against large unsanctioned gatherings at the plaza.
