Phoenix, United States - August 17, 2025 08/16/2025 09:42 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix firefighters and Phoenix police officers responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of Northern Avenue and 7th Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found a sedan and a tow truck that had collided in the intersection. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage. According to preliminary information, fire personnel transported at least one person from the scene with serious injuries. Phoenix police established a closure around the intersection and diverted traffic onto side streets. The tow truck operator underwent a field sobriety test; however, the results are currently unknown.
