DRONE SHOT OF TARGETED BUILDING / BUILDING ON FIRE AND DAMAGED KHARKIV, UKRAINE - AUG. 18, 2025: At least four people were killed, including a child, and 17 others were injured in a Russian airstrike on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) said Monday, Aug. 18.

The DSNS said on Telegram that six children were among the wounded, while two people were rescued from the debris as emergency and rescue operations continue.

Ukrainian officials earlier said the overnight attack struck residential areas, underlining that civilians were among the casualties.
