Los Angeles, United States - August 18, 2025 08/18/2025 12:18 am GMT-0700 ARLETA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department, California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles police officers responded to a reported solo vehicle crash in the area of Osborne and the 5 Freeway. The crash was initially reported on the lanes of the freeway, blocking the off-ramp for Osborne Street. However, CHP officers arrived and determined the collision occurred on Osborne under the 5 Freeway, where a maroon-colored Scion was found crashed into a 15-foot concrete pillar that supports the freeway overpass. The driver was found inside the vehicle, unconscious but breathing. LAFD personnel transported the male driver to an area hospital in unknown condition. The LAPD's Mission Division is handling the investigation
