A water dispenser shook as a magnitude 5.4 earthquake hit Myanmar today.

Footage shows liquid sloshing around inside the 20-litre plastic container as the tremor rocked a home in Tachileik.

Thailand's Earthquake Observation Division said the quake struck some 211 kilometres southwest of Tak province at 9:58 am local time. It was recorded at a depth of 10 kilometres (6.2 miles).

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries. Residents and office workers said the shaking was also felt in parts of Bangkok.
