Little girl posing for ID photo seamlessly switches between serious and smiley expressions
On 13 August in Yantai, Shandong, a young girl preparing to enter Year One needed to have an ID photo taken. At the photo studio, she sat obediently on the special chair, back straight, eyes looking directly into the lens.
Seeing that the girl looked expressionless and worried the photo might seem unnatural, the photographer gently suggested she smile. As soon as the words were spoken, the girl instantly switched to a beaming grin.
The photographer then felt her smile was a bit too broad and not quite suitable for an ID photo, so he motioned for her to tone it down. The girl immediately returned to her blank, serious look, which made everyone around burst into laughter.
