Gaza - August 20, 2025 Lieutenant A., deputy company commander in the IDF’s Kfir Brigade, recounted the morning’s clashes in which Kfir soldiers eliminated about 10 militants in close-quarters combat with support from the Air Force. According to Lt. A., more than 15 militants opened fire on IDF forces with machine guns and anti-tank weapons. Thanks to the soldiers’ alertness and readiness, around 10 armed militants were killed in face-to-face combat and rapid aerial strikes. As a result of the attack, three soldiers from the Nachshon Battalion were injured. Lt. A. emphasized that the forces will continue efforts to locate and eliminate militants and stand ready for any mission required.
