Pet dogs pass the blame to each other for shredded utility bill
This is the hilarious moment two pet dogs passed the blame to each other when their owner scolded them over a shredded water bill.
Pet owner Robert Solis suspected one of his dogs after finding the torn paper outside his home in Manila, Philippines.
The visibly upset man confronted his canines, Jaero and Spot, to discover which four-legged culprit was responsible.
Footage shows Robert approaching the pooches lounging on the living room floor on July 23.
He can be seen asking the Aspin dogs who mangled the utility statement, while Jaero and Spot wag their tails as if listening to their keeper.
He said in the video: 'Who ripped this paper? This is the water bill. How are we even supposed to pay this now?'
Moments later, Spot, who had been sitting still, pointed his paw at his sibling, Jaero, when asked again who damaged the sheet.
The white dog, lying on its back with sprawled legs, then stood up in protest and extended its front limbs to point at his brother.
Robert said: 'Since they are both suspects in the mischief; they are accountable for what happened.
'My dogs are affectionate, but they can be naughty too—especially when I ask them to go upstairs after playing outside. Jaero, in particular, doesn't always follow right away, but he's slowly learning to come at just one call.
'At first, it was really difficult because they would make a huge mess. Over time, I've learned to coexist with the two of them here in the apartment. It can be frustrating to see, but I remind myself that they're just kids, learning and having fun.'
