Efforts to repair and restore flood-damaged infrastructure facilities are busy underway in parts of southwest China's Yunnan Province, after heavy rainfall triggered landslides and mudslides in multiple areas of the province's Ning'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County on Wednesday, disrupting power supply and traffic in some regions. In response, local authorities immediately dispatched emergency teams and mobilized supplies and equipment to carry out repair and restoration work. As of 10:00 on Saturday, three out of the five damaged power lines have already been repaired, while repair efforts on the remaining two are still underway. Most of the affected roads have so far been cleared and reopened to traffic, while several particularly challenging sections still require more time to restore passage.
