US, Los Angeles: Acton Father Discovers Missing Son In Fatal Crash
Los Angeles, United States - August 24, 2025 08/24/2025 08:24 am GMT-0700 ACTON, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. – A tragic scene unfolded Sunday morning when a father searching for his missing son discovered his crashed vehicle on Mount Emma Road near Angeles Forest Highway in the unincorporated community of Acton, according to initial reports. Inside, two people were found dead. The family had been searching since August 18, when the son was last seen in the San Fernando Valley driving a white 2004 Toyota Corolla. His father’s search led him to the crash site, where he came upon the wrecked vehicle and the heartbreaking discovery. The Los Angeles County Fire Department, including multiple engines, paramedics, and search-and-rescue crews, responded after the crash was reported. Fire personnel confirmed the fatalities at the scene, according to initial reports. Authorities have not yet released the identities of the deceased or the circumstances surrounding the crash. The incident is under investigation. This discovery follows days of public appeals from the family, who had posted the missing person’s information online, urging the community to help locate both the man and his vehicle.
