This is the hilarious moment a lad toppled off a railing while posing for pictures with friends.

Kervy Gryson Lago and his friends were snapping photos on a staircase when he lost his balance and tumbled over the metal barrier in Iloilo, the Philippines.

Footage shows two girls posing for pictures while Kervy tried to perch on the railing.

Within seconds, he slipped off the bar and landed flat on his back against a nearby rock.

His friends can be heard screaming in shock, with one rushing over to check on him.

Kervy quickly stood up, laughing off the comical mishap.

He said: 'I stepped on that rail because I thought I could balance myself, but my feet couldn't reach the ground, so I fell. I was okay.'
