Karnkawe Ranchana and her friend were driving through a dimly lit highway when they spotted someone dressed as a white rabbit lugging bulky plastic bags filled with snacks in Songkhla, Thailand.

The creepy mascot with dead eyes trudged toward the pair, eliciting screams of terror.

Footage shows the two women inside the car shrieking in fear as the vendor approached them in the middle of the road on the evening of August 1.

Frightened by the character's creepy expression, the driver sped away when the traffic light turned green, just moments before the mascot knocked on their window, leaving the confused seller behind.

Karnkawe said: 'We met the bunny mascot in the middle of the red light at the intersection, and we were so scared I had to drive off. I hope the vendor would forgive me for my manners.'
