US, Los Angeles: San Bernardino Fatal Crash on Westbound 10 Freeway
Los Angeles, United States - August 29, 2025 08/29/2025 02:34 am GMT-0700 SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – California Highway Patrol from the San Bernardino office and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a traffic collision on the westbound 10 Freeway at the Waterman Avenue off-ramp. Upon arrival, officers and firefighters found one vehicle that had crashed into a tree on the off-ramp, trapping the driver inside. Firefighters and paramedics pronounced the driver deceased at the scene. The off-ramp was closed as CHP investigated the fatal crash. Authorities have not confirmed whether alcohol or speed was a factor in the incident. Additionally, it is unclear if anyone else was inside the vehicle or transported from the scene.
