PEDICABS USED FOR TOURING TOURISTSNEW YORK, US - AUGUST 31: Turkish pedicab driver Musa Cetin is fighting for his life in a hospital after his state of health worsened for reasons yet to be disclosed while in police custody in New York According to information obtained by Anadolu Agency reporters, Musa Cetin, who works in pedicabs used to give tours to tourists in New York, became unwell after being detained by the police. Cetin was taken to Bellevue Hospital, which primarily treats injured detainees. His condition is reported to be serious, and he is unconscious. Meanwhile, there was public outrage after it was revealed that Cetin’s feet were handcuffed to the hospital bed. The police removed the handcuffs after friends visiting Cetin in the intensive care unit protested.
