US, Los Angeles: Willowbrook Fatal Vehicle vs Pedestrain Traffic Collision
Los Angeles, United States - August 31, 2025 08/31/2025 01:49 am GMT-0700 Willowbrook – California Highway Patrol's South Los Angeles officers responded to a traffic collision that occurred Sunday morning at the intersection of Wilmington Avenue and East 120th Street, near 120th Street just west of Wilmington. Authorities reported that a vehicle struck a pedestrian at approximately 1:49 a.m. A U-Haul rental van was involved in the incident. The driver of the U-Haul remained at the scene and is cooperating with law enforcement officials. Emergency personnel, including the Los Angeles County Fire Department, pronounced the pedestrian deceased at the scene.
