VARIOUS OF DISPLACED PALESTINIAN FAMILY INSIDE THEIR TENT GAZA, PALESTINE - SEPTEMBER 3, 2025: Thousands of Palestinians have been displaced yet again, forced into the coastal al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, as Israel continues its intense shelling and home demolitions under its occupation plan and ongoing genocide. The Israeli military has escalated genocidal assaults around Gaza City, directing heavy attacks against the Zeitoun, Sheikh Radwan, and Sabra neighborhoods, as well as the Jabalia area. In northern Gaza, where nearly one million people are already struggling to survive under catastrophic conditions, thousands more residents have once again been uprooted. The rapid expansion of makeshift tent camps starkly illustrates the scale of forced displacement across the besieged enclave. Families expelled multiple times now endure overcrowded and dire conditions, struggling to survive daily life under relentless Israeli bombardment and inhumane blockade. The Israeli army, rejecting international calls for a ceasefire, has pursued its genocidal war in the Gaza Strip since October 2023, killing more than 63,600 Palestinians. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice over its war on the enclave.
