US, Phoenix: Phoenix Thomas Road Fatal Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision
Phoenix, United States - September 04, 2025 09/04/2025 03:52 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Thomas Road just west of 27th Avenue. Officers arrived to find an unresponsive pedestrian in the roadway with extensive injuries. Phoenix Fire crews arrived a short time later and pronounced the unidentified pedestrian deceased at the scene. A hard closure was established for Thomas Road, spanning 27th Avenue to 29th Avenue. Phoenix Police Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives have taken command of the investigation.
