US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Pedestrian Hit By Vehicle Hospitalized
Bakersfield, United States - September 06, 2025 09/06/2025 12:02 am GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A vehicle struck a pedestrian just after midnight at Chester Avenue and 9th Street. The collision was reported at 12:02 a.m. The victim showed no movement at the scene and was stabilized with a neck brace and backboard before being placed on a stretcher and transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The extent of injuries is unknown. The Bakersfield Fire Department and Bakersfield Police Department responded.
