Los Angeles, United States - September 06, 2025 09/06/2025 12:50 am GMT-0700 NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department's North Hollywood Division responded to a report of a burglary in progress on the 5000 block of Lankershim Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found a woman using a wrench to break the windows of a nearby nail salon. The woman did not comply with the officers' requests, prompting them to call for additional units to assist with the situation. Eventually, she was taken into custody. After her arrest, the woman reported experiencing abdominal pain, leading the officers to request assistance from the Los Angeles Fire Department. She was subsequently transported to an area hospital for treatment. Initial investigations suggest that the incident was a case of vandalism.
