Los Angeles, United States - September 09, 2025 09/08/2025 11:55 pm GMT-0700 LEIMERT PARK, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles firefighters and police officers responded to a report of a train versus pedestrian collision on the 2600 block of Exposition Boulevard. Firefighters arrived to find a male pedestrian who had been struck by a train. The victim was declared deceased at the scene. The train was carrying several passengers, none of whom appeared to be injured. The conductor was evaluated by firefighters at the scene. The Los Angeles Police Department's South Traffic Division is conducting the investigation. Exposition Boulevard was closed in both directions between 7th Avenue and 5th Avenue while officers investigated the incident.
