This is the amusing moment a hiker kicked up a trail of dust as she uncontrollably ran down a mountain path.

The group of mountaineers were descending the steep slope in Magetan Regency, Indonesia, when one of them suddenly lost control as she dashed downhill.

Footage captured by Altof Naufal shows the woman in a blue sweater gently pushing her companions aside as she careened past them on September 8.

She managed to reach the bottom of the hill without falling or tumbling to the ground.

Meanwhile, her friends could only stand frozen, watching anxiously as she hurtled past, worried she might topple over.

Altof said: 'We were shocked when we saw her running downhill. We're just glad she was okay and unharmed.'
