IDF Destroys Homes of Gunmen Behind Mehola Junction Attack
- September 10, 2025 Israeli forces from the Menashe Brigade demolished the homes of two assailants involved in the deadly shooting at Mehola Junction, in which Yonatan Deutsch was killed and another civilian injured. The operation took place in the village of Aqaba. The two attackers, Abed al-Rauf al-Masri and Ahmad Abu Ara, were previously eliminated by Israeli security forces in October and August 2024, respectively. The demolition is part of the ongoing campaign to deter and dismantle terror infrastructure in the region.
