The filmer told Newsflare: "I was wrapping up my gym session for that day. I started recording to create content as I usually do. Walking in I saw a worker placing the yoga balls on the floor and at first I thought he would clean up the rack where the balls were, or maybe reorganise them.

"I proceed to do my workout when I was surprised by him surfing over them. This was not in my bingo cards for this days training. I later found out it was his last day working there and he was 'looking for something fun to do'."
