Johnny Depp was spotted filming scenes on superyacht in Spain for his first Hollywood movie since his trial.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star was seen on a yacht in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain, filming for Day Drinker - a yet to be released action thriller staring Depp and Penelope Cruz.

In the footage - taken on May 5 - the 62-year-old can be seen donning a white suit with his hands up before being handcuffed by police officers.

According to eyewitnesses, Depp spent around a week filming on the yacht with his co-stars.

Other videos show him wearing a blue jacket and white beanie as he leaves the boat - believed to be the Nero Superyacht - thanking staff.

An eyewitness said: "They were filming a scene where he's being arrested by a swat team in a bar on the yacht - a beautiful classic yacht."

"It was just him filming that day but he did scenes with another blonde actress."
