Los Angeles, United States - September 11, 2025 09/10/2025 11:20 pm GMT-0700 ELYSIAN PARK, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles police officers responded to a report of a traffic collision at the intersection of Stadium Way and Angels Point. Firefighters arrived to find a vehicle that had driven off the side of Angels Point. Crews located a male driver at the scene, who was reportedly intoxicated. The vehicle was discovered approximately 100 feet down the slope. Firefighters hiked down to the car to check for any additional victims and assess the possibility of recovering the vehicle. It was determined that the male was the sole occupant. After evaluating the situation, firefighters decided to leave the vehicle in place overnight, planning to address recovery efforts in daylight. The LAPD is handling the investigation into the crash.
