Storyline: Afghanistan is now shifting its priorities to rebuilding damaged infrastructure following the conclusion of rescue operations after last month's deadly quake, Afghan Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi said on Thursday. Also present at the meeting was Roza Otunbayeva, the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Representative for Afghanistan, who pointed to the significant challenges that lie ahead in the relief efforts. Meanwhile, the second batch of emergency earthquake relief supplies provided by the Chinese government arrived in the Afghan capital Kabul on Thursday, with some 6,000 blankets, 3,000 raincoats, and 200 tents included among the supplies.
