US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Shooting Leaves 1 Person Injured Graphic Content
Bakersfield, United States - September 13, 2025 09/13/2025 12:58 am GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A shooting left one person with a minor injury early this morning in the 4600 block of Lexington Avenue. The incident was reported at 12:58 a.m. when deputies and firefighters were dispatched to the area. The victim was shot in the left shoulder, treated at the scene, and transported to the hospital. Deputies began an investigation while multiple witnesses spoke with law enforcement. According to initial information, the suspect or suspects were wearing ski masks and had not been located as of the time of the shooting. The Kern County Sheriff’s Office and Kern County Fire Department responded.
