Los Angeles, United States - September 15, 2025 09/15/2025 12:12 am GMT-0700 TOLUCA LAKE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A rollover traffic collision occurred on the westbound 134 Freeway, near the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Highway 134, in Toluca Lake early Monday morning. The incident was reported at 12:12 a.m., and authorities quickly started responding. A gray truck was involved in a collision with an unknown-colored SUV, which ended up on its side. At 12:15 a.m., dispatch reported a male lying in the middle lanes, prompting a call for additional units for traffic control and medical assistance. By 12:19 a.m., authorities began rolling out additional units to manage the traffic situation further. Emergency services requested a hard closure of the area at 12:20 a.m. and also initiated protocols with Caltrans for the closure at 12:21 a.m. Around 12:27 a.m., two vehicles required towing due to damage sustained in the crash. Royal Coaches Towing was contacted for assistance, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 45 minutes. By 12:43 a.m., it was reported that one of the parties involved was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel.
