Footage captured on September 14 shows locals rowing through the 3ft-deep deluge that has left them stranded for nearly a month.
Council chief Winai Pornsiri, of the Kamphaeng Din Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, said more than 100 houses were affected by the flood. Though the local government has handed out relief goods, residents lamented their supplies were nearly running out.

She said: 'We have had to use raised wooden tables as temporary beds. We might have to evacuate if the water level continues to rise.
'My husband is a labourer but he has been unable to find work due to the flood. He goes fishing in the floodwater to earn an income.
'We are in a difficult situation and are appealing for supplies - drinking water, rice, and also medicine for athlete's foot. In the past, we only received one relief bag from the Kamphaeng Din Subdistrict Administrative Organization, but it wasn't enough to survive the flooding.'
