Footage shows the employee, wearing a blue shirt, sitting casually inside the workstation while scrolling through his phone.

Moments later, a sudden blast from outside rocked the kiosk, shattering the glass and causing chaos inside the small structure in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Saturday, September 13.

The glass frame fell onto the staff member during the explosion, just before he was seen fleeing the cubicle.

Reports said the incident was triggered by the sudden burst of a nearby vehicle's tyre.

The toll cabin was heavily damaged by the impact, with computers and other equipment destroyed.

Officials confirmed the worker sustained no serious injuries.
