Partey arrived at the courthouse accompanied by his legal team.
The case has drawn significant attention in both the United Kingdom and Spain, as the Ghanaian international continues his professional career with Spanish club Villarreal.
Villarreal has not issued an immediate comment regarding the legal proceedings.
Earlier, Partey was granted conditional bail after appearing in court on rape and sexual assault charges.
